Meditation
The practice of meditation is the practice of transformation.
Through meditation we return to the source of our
thoughts and feelings which is pure knowing. We create a pause
between thought and awareness. Awareness remains, thoughts are
constantly changing.
Through daily meditation practice we come to know
the ground of being. It remains constant even as the day to day
contents are constantly changing.
Benefits of this practice are: better listening
skills, patience, greater ability to accept ourselves and therefore
others.
